William the fourth by The Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King Defender of the Faith To Michael Hill of Grosvenor Mews in the county of Middlesex
greetings: We command you, that within eight days after the service of this Writ on you, inclusive of the day of such service, you do cause an appearance to be entered for you in our Court of Exchequer of Pleas at Westminster in an action on Promises at the suit of Mouchi Devy
And take notice, that in default of your not so doing the said Mouchi Devy may cause an appearance to be entered for you, and proceed therein to judgement and execution.
Witness James Lord Abinger at Westminster the twelfth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand & eight hundred and thirty six.

N.B. This Writ is to be served within four calendar months from the date thereof, including the day of such date, and not afterwards

THIS WRIT was issued by RICHARD JAMES HITCHCOCK and WILLIAM MARTYN of No. 38, Davies Street, Berkeley Square, in the County of Middlesex, Attorneys for the said Mouchi Devy

The Plaintiff claims £16 - 0 - 0

for Debt and £1 - 10 - 0

for Costs and if the amount thereof be paid to the Plaintiff or his Attorneys within four days of the service hereof further proceedings will be stayed
